Dtac Gprs On Koh Tao?

Featured Replies

I was on Koh Tao in November, and I could swear my dtac gprs worked, at least most of the time.

Any locals know better? No signal now, andI can't just switch this device to AIS. (SIM locked.)

Can anybody confirm? It is actually really important to me.

Just as a quick update and ongoing plea for help, I have found that from just the right spot (New Heaven above Rocky Bay), I pick up the gprs signal from KPN.

While I can survive intermittantly with this, I really need to know.

Again, any help is really appreciated!

Ais gprs works well in Koh Tao.

If you cant get your Dtac system running properly maybe you can rent a GPRS unit from Adventure Center opposite master divers in Maehaad.Available for 24hr periods or long term.Works fine anywhere apart from Ao Leuk,Tanote,Hin Wong and Mango bay.

Good luck.
