Hiking And Mountain Biking In Prachuap Khiri Khan

Hi, I am going on a holiday to Sam Roi Yot soon. Can anyone recommend good hiking and/or mountain biking trails in the area? I would appreciate any tips. We will have a car, so anything between Hua Hin and Prachuap is probably within easy reach.
