My brother is here on a tourist visa, it expires on 10th, Sunday, can he go Monday? And be ok and not get any fines? Or will he have to go tomorrow?

It's BKK btw and I haven't to do a tourist visa extension in quite some years ;p

Better would be to go tomorrow, the extension will start on the 10th anyway. You can always apply for an extension a few weeks in advance.

Going on Monday will not incure any fines, as immigration is closed on Sunday and Monday is the first work day he can apply.

    Thanks Mario, which form do you need for the extension? And what else do you need? 1 Photo and copies of passport or?

    TM.7 with 4x6cm photo, copies of passport/visa/entry/departure card and fee of 1,900 baht.
