Operator For Iphone

Featured Replies

Hi!

I am trying to find a good operator and plan to use with iphone. What I need is a flat rate internet on the phone.

The phone will be mostly used in Bangkok and sometimes in Udon Thani.

Please give me some tips!

As only you know your own requirements it might be best if you grind through the service providers’ websites?

If you care to share any details: exact iPhone model, locations, duration of stays, budget, data usage in MB or GB per month etc. you might get some more focused recommendations?

thanks for your answer!

It's an Iphone 4S. I use a lot of data, the price is no issue, but it should be a flatrate for data usage for the GB range.

I had some accident where I thought I had a flatrate, but the 3000TBH i loaded to the card was used in about 2-3 days. The lady who sold me the card couldn't explain in english that I need to put in some code before usage. I found out that later when complaining to the helpdesk.

You should subscribe to a volume-based package which offers unlimited internet usage, albeit with a fair-use speed limit ranging from 128 - 384 Kbps.

It sounds like you had a time-based package or maybe a volume-based package with a hard cap, over which you were paying 1 baht/min or by the KB.

Maybe go with a TrueMove H SIM, then subscribe to a volume-based plan: Net 450, Net 550, Net 799, Net 899

^ seconded

And watch your data usage... Reset the counter at Settings->General->Usage every time you pop up...
