Hi just wondering, I am in BKK, I want to upgrade to all sports package, I have basic Truevision, is it as easy as a flick of a button from their end (ala foxtel), or do they have to physically come to the condo to do it? thanks in advance...

Just go into a True store along with your bill and tell them what you want. I have found them excellent with customer service in changing packages/moving, etc.
