Make the computer recognize it as a portable harddrive, and you'll be able to transfer stuff just like you do to a USB-stick.

Yep that's exactly how I do it. Ignore HTC Synch.

Anyone know if the HTC One 64GB version is available in Bangkok now? I had my 32GB version pickpocketed today, so figure I might as well replace with the bigger one, if available now. Only the 32GB version was stocked when I bought the HTC one several months ago.
