You might check elance.com it's a huge online market place for freelancers e.g. Article writers, graphic designers, etc

However, my advice would be:

Don't buy yourself seo articles for your travel company. Just explain what you re doing, your trips etc just as you would do for your customers. This will be much more natural and seo friendly.
