"The suspect confessed that she was a tomboy and had to find money to look after her girlfriend, and use the money to spend together. The police were not convinced and charged her with the allegation of stealing property from a residence at night..."

What do you mean "not convinced"? They were not convinced she broke in & stole money? Not convinced she was a tomboy? (is that a criminal offense, or perhaps a defense?)

BTW, the female victim was both brave & stupid, upon finding her door ajar, to go in & investigate. Hasn't she seen Scary Movie or any of those slasher movies? Like: "Hey, let's go see what that noise is down on the boat dock in the middle of the night."

Lets give the victim some credit, she has balls. Well you know what I mean.

Well if the thief knew that maybe she/he would not have broken in.tongue.png

'What do you mean "not convinced"?"

It's The Pattaya Daily Mail. Not convinced means the police were not impressed with the excuse. They felt no สงสาร or that it wasn't a valid ข้ออ้าง. It was probably expressed better in one of the local language newspapers if you want to double check.

My God. Pity me. I then followed on to read the other articles from pdn. I will never be the same.

You cannot be serious.

sure looks like a tomboy to me sitting in the back of the truck.

How about a pic of the burglar?

are you too thick to follow the link provided?

as regards the op, it seem that no money, no honey relates to the tom/dee scene as well.

Not convinced of anything until they got paid.

I can just hear the policeman:

Nope. I seen videos about lesbians and you're not hot enough. Here. Look at this DVD I got at tuk com. Now those are lesbians.

TWO POINTS:

1. Not everyone is adept at language as you are 'BIG FACE' doesn't help anyone.

2. This type of theft is common. When a friend moved here a few years back, I told him to put slide latch on his front door. Two weeks later he awoke to find a young girl in his bedroom. She apologized saying she though it was her apartment. After she left, he noticed his cell phone and wallet were missing.

I got to get me a set of these Flimsy looking tool the next time I lock myself out of my place~~

Is she the one on the pic with the Chinese official?

Looks like a Tom from the picture. There are a lot of those in the women's prisons.

Are there dees in Thai prisons too ??? :-) Or only toms rustling up

money to support their dees ? I thought in general the toms were older

women , was surprised to see this one was only 19.

Some retards claim burglaries of appartments don't happen.

She should have gone and found the nearest large male russian tourist and let him go in first and beat the cr*p out the thief...tongue.png

In the Thai version of the story from the PDN they use the term MAI PAK JAI CHEUA to describe the girl's excuse ie I guess they didn't believe it and regarded it as just looking for sympathy.
