I have been trying to call True Visions concerning a connection problem for days and days, and they never answer their lines? The phone number I was given is 02-728-2525 for service.

I have sent True and email telling them that I cannot contact them by phone, and they sent an email back telling me to call the number (listed above) for service. I have gone into a True store, and they told me to call the customer service number.

What gives?

The number I have is 027-252525. It actually works pretty well, even have English speakers. But during peak times, you may have to wait awhile.

Just used the 0-27-25-25-25 number. No problems. Nice lady told me how to change the menu language to English and the audio and subtitle languages to English.

Phew . Now I know what I'm doing.

Edit: Can't count.
