It is that time of the year for us for the 10th time.

My wife said that for Visa Extension - The new requirement is criminal background check from country of citizenship.

Is this true? Can anyone please confirm?

Info is not correct. Their have been no major changes made which requiring a criminal back ground check would be.

As said above there has officially been no changes in requirements.

Certainly not a criminal check.
