Don't get your hopes up about a high speed connection from any of the providers. I have a reportedly 10mb connection from TOT at home and a 10mb connection from 3BB at my business. Most of the time I get a quicker connection on my iPhone from DTAC and often use its hotspot facility to link to my laptop.

As for the assistants at either TOT or 3BB - if your query makes them have to think, then forget it!
