Anyone spotted anyone selling the filler beans for bean bags on the island?

Perhaps Makro,...? they sell dried beans in bulk, I think...

No idea what kind of beans would do though or whether they would need to be treated to prevent insects chewing them !

Come on Jimmy how are we going to find dried bean's for a bean bag when no body can find brown paper. I think you should post a picture for me so I can go on a search.

Well John, I doubt if Robby has been down to the store on Soi 5 that I suggested yesterday... maybe have maybe not.... you never know until you try

Another place Rob might try is see if the Honda shop in Maenam has any brown paper from shipping ... just talk the the owner there, perhaps some in the recycle shed at the back... That is where I got great packing boxes when I moved!

Tuangyot at Samui furniture/kayaks sells them. I think they are called beach boys, but they are essentially a big bean bag, and as far as I know, he gets them made, so he would know where to get beans from if anybody did.

Head out of Nathon on the ring road going clockwise, and his shop is on the right just past the big temple. There are two big white A boards with "Kayak for rent" outside his shops.

if you take the beanbag they will also refill for you

This was a fleeting glimpse, as I drove by, but just after Angela's Diner, @ Soi 2 Maenam, (three or four shops on) headed toward Nathon, I think I saw a shop with bean bags,sitting out side, not sure if they make 'em there, but could be worth a look to see if they have beans . .... if OP not found yet!
