แนะนํา is to advise, suggest, and introduce. Is ปรึกษา used in the same way?

ปรึกษา is the opposite direction, it is to *seek* advice. You might translate it as "consult," as in to consult a friend. An elaborate rhyming form of ปรึกษา is ปรึกษาหารือ. หารือ means the same thing. Here are some example sentences:
