Internet 3bb bad connection

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

I wonder if anyone in Chiang Mai has experienced bad internet over the last week.

Please share if you have. As i also tried TOT and had a simillar result over the last couple of days.

If its any help, our office (on a 3BB business package, usually very good) was down from about 11:00 - 15:00 yesterday. When I contacted them, they actually admitted it was a problem at their end rather than the normal your router is over-heating or something just as ridiculous. We are in Phitsanulok, so I am not sure if it was a local problem (they did say Phitsanulok was down and the problem wasn't isolated to our office) or a problem with their whole infrastructure.

We also have a TOT connection, and that was bad yesterday as well, could connect with that one but little else. Again, normally a good connection.
