thai bought true-h phone cannot be used at home, int support phone number?

Hi/Hello,

I bought this phone in Thailand, but it cannot log in to any mobile network in europe,

even I paid for roaming. The phone is country locked.

Can someone provide me with an international support phone number of

true in Thailand where I can call to get the network unlock code so that I

can use a different sim card?

Hi,

what you write is not true. This cell phone also works with other sim cards in thailand.

I know it because i used other sim cards eg DTAC and austrian sim cards succesfully

without modifications.

Only in Austria it doesnt work with the True Sim Card (no login to any network)

and it doesnt work with any other sim card here, because the phone is country locked.

That is because your locking table is corrupted eg customers called you

and complained about your policies so the result is a complete failure.

I dont like it.

Also you made me pay for roaming, but it doesnt work, I asked at the airport for it

and was told it will work.

Besides this you think the customer travels around and keeps all the papers and boxes

to answer your questions eg on the sim card plastics the phone number is not noted.

I am not your carrying MULI (elephant).

Get me the unlock code!

You might have purchased a tri band phone that does not support the protocol used here in Thailand. To use cells in other parts of the world, you need a quad-band phone, which covers all the network bands

I have never heard of a phone being country locked, carrier locked yes but not country locked, if you can swap sims in Thailand it's more likely the phone doesn't support the frequency in Austria

I got told by True that the phones are network locked.
