Need A Lawyer

Featured Replies

Well, the wife and I are taking the plunge. We have spotted a little place in nice area that we like. Close enough to the skytrain without being noisy and far enough from Sukumivit as we can possible get. A perfect combination.

Now, as for buying the property, I am in the market for a good lawyer who specialises in handling the transfer of property. Has anyone got any suggestions? What fees are we talking about?

I'll be buying it jointly and it will be in both my wifes name and my name.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Samran,

I have used these guys for 2 Condos that I bought in Thailand.

Highly recommended. Have used other lawyers before and was not impressed at all but these guys know their stuff. Ask for K Chalermchat who specialises in property dealings.

Mate, Do you really need a lawyer to buy a condominium in Bangkok?

I just picked one recently but decided not to use one.

What do you think?

Cheers!
