I received an email starting as above from Nakhon Chai Air after I complained about a missing bag. The rest of the email is in the same format and I am not sufficiently clued up to know how to change it into Thai or English. I think when I first viewed it, it was in Thai but it seems to have changed to gibberish since.

Any help, please?

If you have Thai fonts on your computer try changing the fonts to a few of those and see if the Thai script reappears.
