Land Values Near Surin

Featured Replies

Hi there

I was wondering if any Surin locals can help me out with the value per rai of land near Surin. My wife owns property in Khok Kanag village, off route 226, around 6 klms to the west of Surin town.

Thanks in advance.

To be able to help readers will need a lot more information. Is the property on a main road, does it have access to power and water, what is on it a present (ie is it just paddy?) and most of all what title does your wife have, full chanote or not?

Thanks for the reply Barry. The property is not on a main road as such. Heading towards Buriram, you turn right off 226, and cross the railway line. The land (which has 4 small houses on it) is about 2 klms from 226, right beside a Priest's encampment. Power and town water are connected. I'm not sure about the title, but I assume it's full chanote.

There is a local Thai/farang real estate company. I am not involved with the business but know they are good helpful people. Google surin.thaiappartments.net
