The only difference is that if you use a card you get a VAT receipt.

I heard a guy used his Samui Makro card in Holland without problem.

Just had a visit from some Makro staff, they are going around the island signing businesses up for Marko cards before the store opens.

They gave an opening date of 28/02/14 and said that the store will the same spec as Samui.
