Anyone have or tried the mini computers ?
I disagree. I like my full-size keyboard and decent size monitor. I work on my (fast and good) notebook if I am traveling or visit a client. But at home I prefer the "big" setup. And depending on the work, two monitors make life much better. As far as I remember, all Intel NUC support two monitors. -

Legal Battle Looms over VAT on Private Schools: Parent’s Fight for Special Needs Education
This is a particularly nasty and vindictive policy, long threatened and driven by "class warfare" - nothing to do with raising revenue for the state education system. Parents who choose to send their children to private schools already pay through their taxes for state education, yet their choice means that they make no claim on the resources of the state sector. -

So she has a direct link to Papa from wherever she is? Well, that's convenient, he can even control her speeches now. Daddy thought of everything! 😉 -

Suvarnabhumi Visa Exempt - Change of Tactic Applied
Agreed, I suspect the Ops conclusion is based on the coincidence of engaging with a more chilled / less officious Immigration offer than anything else. As pointed out by others - the possession of a Pink ID (for Non-Thais) implies a more permanent connection to Thailand than a simple visa exempt entry offers. -

It's insane to see the Democrats rewriting the rules to win. They are pushing to legalize anything for power. Imagine the disaster it would be for America to become a permanent one-party, deeply socialist state if they succeed in winning this election. Most people who do not see this are just probably Brainwashed by the mainstream media. It will be unfortunate if America becomes socialist nation and follow Venezuela. I really hope it will not happen 🙏 -

Parents Demand 1.21M Baht Compensation for Children They Didn’t Raise
You said it. Their kids are their retirement plan. How about saving and investing for their own retirement? How about working for a company that allows you to pay into the social security system so that you recieve a pension? As well as better healthcare. These are also options. But they don't prioritize these things. They prioritize life insurance above all other kinds of insurance. When I lived in the village, they would laugh at me for buying health insurance for myself and my family. They all bought life insurance and they took policies out on their relatives even without their knowledge. Sick and bizarre. -

The whining is recent, but the list is old. And includes lots detained under Trump. -

Documentary explores war crimes being posted on social media.
Iran, the women there are amongst the most beautiful in the world. Never met an Iranian I didn’t like. Their food is good too. The Jewish women with their long noses I find unattractive. And Israel has bombs raining down on it from every direction. Iran not so much. what about you? -

Anyone have or tried the mini computers ?
My clients use Intel NUCs since probably 10 years or more. They work just fine for office and most other work. Obviously, they have limited options for upgrades, but who needs these days a couple of "hard disks"? And gamers who need lots of graphic power obviously buy something big. But, be careful which model you buy. I don't know the current lineup, but years ago Intel sold fasts NUCs and also some slow models - which looked 90% the same. -

Bringing Meat/Cheese into Thailand
Yep. That looks like me, except last time I had Jelly Bellys, Matzo ball mix, Idahoan mash, British Peanuts, Tom Ford Tobacco Vanilla, Grav Bong, Grav hitters, 120 days of prescription medicine, toothpaste, tooth brushes, OTC stuff, underwear that fits, Creed Aventus, Creed Green Irish Tweed, Clive Christian No 1, beard soap, steak rub, and so on..... I declared everything I had ( $1000 worth of stuff) and was prepared to pay duty, but the dudes in Siem Reap said, have a nice day. Yes, thank you, I shall.
