What are those tanks/cylinders in the middle of the road?

Wonder what the cause if the crash will be ? , failed breaks ... To much rain ... Ice on the road ??

Looks to be a single truck towing a trailer that fell over. Perhaps braked too hard going down, and trailer brakes failed and flipped, taking truck with it. Aren't those gas containers by the way?

I think those trucks are carrying cement powder (dry, to the concrete manufacturing facilities).

There are some huge cement producing factories just north of Khorat and you see dozens of similar trucks around there.

They should have finished moving this by now.... this was about 1.30 this afternoon... huge back up of traffic both ways ... lucky for those on motor bike where able to by-pass through a coconut grove.... thumbsup.gif
