Farang Real Esate Agents in Korat?

Hi

A friend of mine is thinking about moving to Korat with his GF and was wondering if there were any farang real estate agents operating in that area?

His GF reckons that her family will find a house for them, but he wants to do some of his own research first!

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks!

"DD Property" have a web site, it has properties all over Thai

Land for sale or rent and is an excellent way to get a feel of the property situation here.

In addition to the above post....just a thought in case you are not aware, when looking, if you want a property within Korat city then look for where it says "Naimuang", otherwise it will be quoting properties somewhere else in Korat province, which covers a very big area.

Most people in Korat don't use agents.

You'll find a hand written sign hanging from the gate more often than not.

Or chat to the security guard at the entrance.

I've had this trouble recently, as I want to rent a bigger house.

If anyone knows of any rentals available on the Suranaree 2 Road are let me know?

They have an ex pat web site for korat lots of info there. Good luck

I would recommend visiting Korat Fart.

There are a lot of smart people there with years of living in and around Korat

Now is the time to start to look in Korat.....much rain now, you will easily find the low lying flood areas....places to avoid
