Is there a store that sells car accessories and parts (like lamp bulbs, fuses etc) and that sort of stuff anywhere on Samui?

There are a couple of aisle's in Tesco that have lamps, wipers, fuses & cleaning products etc. On the left, past the toy section.

There are also a few shops around the ring road.

There's a few about...they don't have a huge selection tho. There is one just past the tiger zoo turning (heading to Nathon from Lamai) on the right side...another smaller one after the immigration crossroads (again, heading to Nathon from Lamai) also on right side.

If you're after something more specific take a trip over to Surat and visit Dream Cars

Car seat covers in one of the small stalls/shops on the ground floor at Bic C. Opposite the ATMs

Also in Tesco Chaweng (where I bought mine).

Small accessary shop almost opposite Dan Autos in Maenam. (Wiper blades/bulbs etc)

Thanks for that. I had a look in Tesco Chaweng yesterday but couldn't find any seat covers, only "car covers". I will check out the other 2 today.
