We've been getting the free content using a GMM box but now they've changed polarity/channels on a bunch of things including Thai Channel 3 which my wife likes to use for the news. I thought it would a simple re-boot and auto tune kind of job but as the remote and the on screen instructions are all in Thai I can't sort it out. Our LNB and dish can handle vertical and horizontal polarity (at least we used to get DTV via an Openbox) so I don't thing we have to buy any extra hardware or re-align the dish.

Anyone have a simple set of instructions to get it working again?

I only use C band and believe you are talking about the Ku (small solid dish) which has a different set of channels. On C band the have a backup for channel 3 at channel 306 but do not believe that is available on Ku band. Have seen reports of good service by calling there help center - know many report delays but have also seen positive reports. Do you get a signal/quality reading for channel? Which tuner do you use? 9988 is the reset code to tune the Smart box (just press 9988 on the remote). 9933 changes the menu language (but I don't know to what but would expect to English).
