i think a 50 - 55 k thb second hand 150cc is the cheapest and the most reasonable price for this bike.

I saw new PCXs in a Pattaya Honda dealer painted a variety of colors.

Custom jobs for sure. Not factory color.

He said "kind of gold" so you mention nutmeg, that could be it.

Yes 75k does look okay. He wants a new one as he read that they made some improvements on the 2013 model.
