My laptop broke (again, dont buy lenovo laptops) thats 2 exchanges and 2nd brake down. Anyway I called lenovo they said there is a service center here in CR. Compared to the website address is the same.

Where is this place? I asked Thai people nobody can tell what is this road guess its hard to read. Put in headphones in my phone used google maps to find location SVOA drove me into a field 20 mins away from CR close to white temple.

Have you tried calling them and asking where they are located? Have you tried any of the other help links provided on the Lenovo site, where I presume you got the address?

It looks like the name should be Nong Bua but nothing shows up on that road.

This is the map they provide onsite for their main office in Chiang Rai. Looks easy enough to find near the Mengrai Statue.

If you can’t sort out your Lenovo problems perhaps you should just go buy a MacBook Air or Pro. My wife loves her Air and hasn’t managed to break it, no matter how hard she tries.

Nongbua Rd runs parallel to the superhighway between the WiangChai Rd and the King Mengrai Statue.

Yes I ended up in the middle of a field on a dirt road on my bike LOL. Close to turn where White temple is.

I found it it is close to king menrai statue, actually right opposite it on the road that goes to Coconuts Sports Bar 2 on left side. Not exactly the road they specified on lenovo website.

Confusingly the store is not in what is considered NongBua Rd. It is in Pao Khun Rd - Phokhun Soi 1
