I need to sort out the data package, re-activate it, change the amount of data etc. I went down to Thapae Road yesterday and the AIS office there has closed. I've had no luck trying to work out from their website where on earth there is another office.

Does anybody know where there is one of their offices that has customer service?

They have not closed their office. Their main office on Thapae Road is closed on Sunday.

Call 1175. Have operators who speak English and are more than competent.

Just call 1175 and tell them all you need to do. Everything could be done via 1175.

Telewiz Kad Suan Kaew is the most useless AIS store I've been to.

The AIS Office moved from Thapae to the new Central Festival Mall on the Superhighway, on the Junction of Keo Narawat Road.

Actually I got my days mixed up, I went on Saturday. The office is closed, it was empty, no furniture and fittings and the sign on the door said 'Close'.

Thanks for the other suggestions. I didn't know about the number to call, I'll give that a go first of all.

Telewiz Kad Suan Kaew is the most useless AIS store I've been to.

I went today, have to admit I didn't expect much, 4 pretty girls sitting shoulder to shoulder.

Its a crappy tiny affair, no where to sit and wait,...but they managed to reinstate my data package.

It was a simple solution...and despite their efforts to converse in english, turned out well.

She then said I have to return next month to do the same. Told her she was cvery pretty lady and would like to come back but I am married and will top up at 7/11.

She had no such problems understanding that.

The easiest is to call them. Often times they have foreign educated staffs on phone.

It is on the third floor at Central Festival. They have less windows 14. I believe the old one had 16.

They have some machines there not sure but I think you can use them some how. The lay out is a little confusing as they don't start at window 1 and go to window 14 in a row. On the left as you enter is windows 1 & 2 then there us an island with 11 through 14 and on the right wall is windows 23 through 10.

Also there is not as much seating room. I wonder if they figure on business going down?
