Does anyone know where I can get a radiator cleaned & flushed including a pressure test, professionally carried in Chiang Rai or any other place for that matter?

Also another avenue I'm looking into, but does anyone know of any hardware stores that have concrete cleaner containing diluted muriatic acid available?

I'm going to post this in the car thread as well. Trying to cover all bases.
