PATTAYA: -- Nongprue Police were called to the Million Year Old Stone Park and Pattaya Crocodile Farm in East Pattaya on Thursday morning to investigate the theft of three baby white tigers worth an estimated 3 Million Baht.

Police met with the owner of the park, Khun Suan, and a worker at the park who explained that CCTV picked up three men who appeared to have conducted the theft at around 1am.

It is thought they first sedated the white tigers and then broke a padlock on their cage before removing the animals from the park under the cover of darkness.

I thought the striped soi dog that chased me on my walk this morning was rather nasty.

They stole tigers from a crocodlie farm? Surely it should be referred to as Pattaya Zoo? or probably more appropriately Pattaya Endangered Species Trading Center.

Yes they did. If you read the report again it does explain that.

No the report does NOT explain why a crocodile farm is raising tigers as a sideline

business.....

Stolen or Liberated??

Some would argue that being drugged up to sit on tourists laps is cruel!
