I find some of the stuff on the internet these days absolutely deplorable and I'm thankful of the tight restrictions from the Thai Gov and also the filtering I can apply with Google. However I'm one of the lucky few, that lives directly across the road from a major hotel, so I've only got to go on the balcony and point my telescope in the right direction to buff the banana as it were.

They're not tight for this kind of stuff.

Maybe you should post some of the key words you've been using here... to warn others!!

i am interested in this one:

Bolivian bestiality

reason: i always suspected that an old friend of mine who lives in Cochabamba was not kosher ermm.gif

A Google search for "albino Bolivian bestiality" brings this thread as hit No1.

A Bing search for "albino Bolivian bestiality" brings up a page saying I'm not allowed to search for it in my region.

VPNing to the UK and re-trying the Bing search nets this thread as No2.

And, and image search in Google for sechuan peppers brings up Crossy's avatar.

(It's a bit down on the page, but it's there!)

Sad to say, I can actually relate to this. I use Google search and the other day I searched for UK Daily Mail, got access, then every time I tried to refresh the page a website came up offering sex toys. <deleted>. Ok not such a big issue whilst at home, but potentially very embarrassing if out in public like a coffee shop etc.

It thinks you were searching for "Daily Male"

I think you will find the Daily Mail has a popup which sends to an AliSearch Webpage and adds the tab to your fixed tabs.

I got the same one when I went to Daily mail a few days ago. I do not think it was google.

I must have led a sheltered life. I did not realise there were such things, smile.png

Join the club mate, I have spent some time "analyzing " some of the objects offered, who would have thought it !!! I now am beginning to think it as educational not smut

Seriously though guys you have to tap blue waffle into image search at least once in your life

I am going to start using Bing. tongue.png

Try pornhub.com, i tried it and you just get naked people gaving sex in all sorts of positions...its disgusting....5555

I'll check it again tomorrow!!!

By the way, just remember to 'delete history' if your mrs uses your pc as well....so someone told me....

Shocked and disappointed.

Just used Bing for the first time and tried searching for 'sechuan peppers'.

Result........................Pictures of 'sechuan peppers'

Exactly!

On Google and Bing, nothing suspicious.

Definitely: this PC (browser/search engine) has been hijacked by malicious software.

Very common.

What kind of security software (virus scanners) is running on the PC (if any)?

I regularly scan with Malwarebytes and Avira. Overall the system seems clean. I can usually tell when things are mucked up.

I just did a test on images for

MEXICANS

on bing vs. dogpile.

As expected on bing, there is hard core XXX, not every image but enough /

on dogpile, no porn.

I think it's obvious bing is giving me "smart" results. I doubt malware.

I think the reason is some people have their browsers set to safe search which gives only results suitible for a 14year old. Many people set their browser to open search as they want more complete results. Nothing to do with malware.

All search engines are designed with greater skill and complexity that the average person is aware.

Search engines are built to sell advertising space and the harvesting of your profile data and subjects that interest you so to direct adverts at you.

You are in Thailand and searching in English, this sets up a few very obvious clues that you will get hotels, flights and porn as your main expected content adverts.

The results offered for a typical three keyword search will be focused depending if you are using a PC in Pattaya or New York, try: "Fresh Street Meat" for example.

No doubt that language and location have influence on the search results.

But neither "MEXICANS" nor "sechuan peppers" or "szechuan peppers" brings up anything pornographic in the search results.

(first one/two pages)

Also tried extended search in Google using "English", "United States".

No porn on "szechuan peppers", "sechuan peppers".

(safe search not enabled)

This is a browser hijack!!!

Giving up,

If you type in 'Szechuan peppers' in the Romanian language, it comes up with 10 different ways to claim free housing and social benefits in the UK...not really, but it won't be long before they do!! grrrrrrrr!!!

Also if you have a router in your house and you all connect via wireless other poeples' searches from that IP address will affect your results when you search. For instance if you have teenagers "binging or googling" bad stuff then when do a search connected via that same router (ie same ip address) you are likely to get results filtered to tailor those previous searches that you did not make but were made from that IP.

Hope that makes sense.clap2.gif

"albino Bolivian bestiality"

all i got was vanilla to the extreme....how do you do it? biggrin.png

I'm not really sure.

If it was albino BOVINE bestiality instead of albino Bolivian bestiality then that may make more sense what with all the Kwai posting on here.

Sorry ..........................

Hope that makes sense.clap2.gif

No, rubbish or did I miss the joke ???

I can remember many years ago searching for a UK tech company called black box. The search results were mind numbing.

Terrorist organisation the Morro Islamic Liberation Front (known as the <deleted>) wonder why they are on page 600 of a Google search :)

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

And I am sure you gave the 600 pages of image search the apropriate level of scrutiny.

Of course, I may have missed the "How to maintain your AK47" article.

That is really sad. You should not need sex toys. the real deal is better.

The trick is to search Youtube, and not Bolivia, but Colombia, common noob mistake. Search result is a real eyeopener:
