Not if you return to the UK by going via The Republic of Ireland and then enter the UK via Northern Ireland!
Also if you book your outgoing flights with non connecting flights then only the the first destination of your outward flight will be recorded.
PS; splitting outward flight bookings from the UK for long haul flights can greatly reduce your flight taxes as does using which country you "appear" to be booking from!
Other places in the world lease land. But, there is usually some type of caveat that under certain circumstance the lease can be raised. Especially 99 years that sounds crazy.
