Two story house for rent. 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with private bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub.

Downstairs there is another bathroom, kitchen, wet bar area, liv room, dining area.

Outside there is a small maids room (we use ours as a laundry room) and another bathroom.

Partially furnished. Large yard. Lots of trees (the mango trees have lots of fruit now). In a very large compound with three other houses. The compound is locked at night and has a guard. Very quiet and secure area.

In town in the Nontone (sp?) area. It's on Thanon Anamai.

8,000 per month. three months deposit up front. The owner of the property is looking for someone quiet.

I'm renting the house next door (same owner owns all 4 houses in the compound) so can vouch that it's a quiet and secure place.
