Those look like the large size. The small ones that can be mounted on a bicycle handlebar or carried in a pocket can be ordered for about $8 from Amazon. Replacement canisters are extra.

These things are the very best non-destructive 'anti-soi dog' devices I've ever found. If your 'dog' 'barks' louder than the soi dog, they keep well away! Usually one quick 1/2 second blast sends 'em running in the opposite direction!
