I have a yearly retirement visa just report every 3 months, it ends 11May how early can i apply for a new one.

The correct terminology is"extension of stay" for retirement purposes. Officially you can do it 30 days before, but it has been reprted that some offices will do it 45 days before. If you intend to do it earlier than 30 days you should check with the office that you use before going in.
