I will be in Chiangmai in April and will be looking to purchased a home. The problem is that I have no idea if there's such a thing in Chiangmai that is "FLOOD FREE zone"? I have 2 locations in mind, Saraphi & Doi Saket, but don't want to limit my self to just those 2 locations. Can any of you reccomend other locations that you think it's suitable please.

Also, If you are living in a gated community or non-gated and you would like to reccommend your neighborhood please let me know. Appreciate everyones help. The price range is anywhere from 1-3 mill baht.

I will also will be looking in the Lampang area prior to coming to Chaingmai as well. Thanks again
