anyone know a good scooter mechanic in or around the old city with reasonable english skills that doesnt charge like a wounded bull?

(suzuki step seems to be revving fast at idle - just looking for a tune up)

There should be a little screw you turn somewhere on the side or inside the seat if you there is a plastic cap take it off shine a touch / flashlight in it and turn the screw down job done no need for a mechanic .

Then if that don't work then bring it to me and i will fix it for you or take a look at it .
