police-41.jpg
PATTAYA:--In the early hours of Tuesday a 22 year old man was shot in his back by a Police Officer and according to his 15 year old friend, the officer then attempted to plant drugs on both men.

The allegations were made by the 15 year old driver of a motorbike where Khun Anan aged 22 was riding as passenger. The pair were returning home after spending the evening at a Snooker Hall when they encountered a Police Officer and three Police Volunteers on the side of the road. As the pair drove past, the 15 year old heard multiple shots and realized his passenger had been hit. This caused the two men and the motorbike to fall onto the road.

Seconds later the 15 year old claims the Police Officer approached them and attempted to place drugs in their pockets. When the officer was challenged by the boy, he claimed he knew nothing of the shooting and denied allegations relating to the drugs.
