Traffic Camera Fine Wrong
I did that in New Jersey 45+ years ago. I even timed the yellow light to show that it was too short and there was an instant when a car doing the speed limit could enter on a green and still be in the intersection when the light turned red. (I was a poor college student (engineering) and couldn't afford the ticket) I even had the DOT specs, showing that the short yellow didn't pass muster. The judge commiserated and cut me a smaller fine because I was a student, but explained that the law was, "you can't be in the intersection when the light turns red". Every time I passed that intersection there was a cop car there, trolling for revenue. That was my only moving violation in 50 years of driving. To the OP, pay the fine, take your leaning lumps, and move on. Life's too short. -

Field trips don’t hurt students, poorly-maintained transport does : PM
So many reports that the bus driver ran away.... but they paint a false narative. Upon catching fire, the bus driver can be seen in numerous videos attempting to open the rear door of the bus... in another video he can then be seen to fetch a fire extinguisher (presumably from one of the other busses).... and attempt to use that (before the video cuts). I suspect the 'LGV tank explosion' was so severe, he (he bus driver or other teachers) couldn't access the back of the bus from within. That said: after all attempts failed to save the children, the bus driver did then 'flee'.... I think through fear of immediate retribution from bystanders. Thats not to forgive his actions - but to shine light on the reports that he fled when he did not, not immediately anyway. -

P Diddy Denies Sexual Misconduct Allegations 120 New Accusers Emerge
There will be only "no doubt", if he gets convicted, until then it's innocent until proven guilty. I'm not saying he's innocent, but it's quite possible that most of these people accusing him now just want to take revenge/make some quick buck because he's allegedly extremely arrogant and a massive rectal orifice and if you treat people like that for long enough eventually it might come back to bite you on the a.s. Especially in the US where there's the potential to make huge sums of money by accusing someone like that, you'll always have to reckon with frivolous accusations and lawsuits. How many of those 120 new accusers are potentially just jumping on the bandwagon in the hope of cashing in? Kevin Spacey is the perfect example. His first accuser waited for 31 years to go to the cops and then all of a sudden accusers come out of the woodworks in droves. Eventually he won all of the lawsuits, but his career and reputation went down the drain regardless. It's enough these days to accuse someone to finish them. The bottom line is, don't state something is surely the case until it's been proven! -

Save The Children Urges Action on Child Road Deaths in Thailand
The sad part is the tragic events are not life altering for most of the families only the victims. The families go on after a few days like its no big deal, it was their karma. Never changing their actions or push for changes. -

Traffic Camera Fine Wrong
What have Australian laws got to do with this? The relevant Thai law is very clear to those who can read it, and, if they don't bother to read it, they shouldn't be trying to argue a case against that law. -
