Need some advice.

I'm helping a friend out with his Condo project.

2 bedroom place, needs total gut/remodel.

Typical goofy layout so we want to get creative and optimize the space.

We were wondering what software is recommended to help us with the new layout?

Looking for ideas, sample floor plans, reliable builder, etc.

Maybe a designer/contractor out there that can throw us some ideas or perhaps get involved.
