PM Yingluck: No break from politics any time soon

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

No time for rest, there is much for this lady, the face of democracy in Thailand to do:

1, Defeat the flailing coup attempt

2, win a crushing victory in the ensuing election

3, Round up and lock up the street thugs who caused this mess

4, Round up and lock up the behind the scenes string pullers and financiers who masterminded this mess

5, Clean out the corrupted public officials who have destroyed the independence of the courts, the military and the NGO's - lock them up too

6, Preside over a new referendum to fix the damage done to the 1997 constitution

7, And finally, return to doing the peoples work by implementing PTP policy that has and will continue to improve the lives of everyday Thais

You go get'em girl!

Okay lets look at a fools reasoning

1, Defeat the flailing coup attempt

It is the PTP who really want the coup, the Thai people are sick of corruption, and if PTP is shown the door by the people they are out the door for good

But if the have a coup they will blame it all on the army none of it was there fault

2, win a crushing victory in the ensuing election

If PTP really believed that they would have said yes to reform and a new election

3, Round up and lock up the street thugs who caused this mess

Can not do this as they include Red Shirts and as we know the Red Shirt trouble makers of 2010 still are walking free and are part of her cabinet

4, Round up and lock up the behind the scenes string pullers and financiers who masterminded this mess

That would mean her brother would come back in the spot light, she she wants forgiveness for all

5, Clean out the corrupted public officials who have destroyed the independence of the courts, the military and the NGO's - lock them up too

OOOOOh not that would take out 80% of here government, and their are not that many jails in Thailand, so you now want concentration camps ?

6, Preside over a new referendum to fix the damage done to the 1997 constitution

The constitution was put before the people and received a majority vote, so you want her to be a dictator

7, And finally, return to doing the peoples work by implementing PTP policy that has and will continue to improve the lives of everyday Thais

That mean Thais get poorer and Farmers will face a future of massive suicide, Thailand will go into debt for trillions of baht, and the Shinawats will get richer and richer

Yep you are a smart man, so I am thankful they stopped giving out brain certificates in cereal boxes

Can you pick one or two items from the 2007 constitution that you think need to be changed back to the 1997 constitution?

Please ignore the amnesty for the 2006 coup - it's too time-specific and irrelevant right now.

You cannot expect that as Bob was too young at that time. be fair on the guy he was only doing what is democratically right--freedom of speech.thumbsup.gif

so do my dogs

but at least they do it to the moon

Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra insisted that she has not considered taking a break from politics in the near future.

Her statement came after reports suggesting that the Pheu Thai Party will not nominate Ms. Yingluck as a candidate during the next election.

The premier addressed the media on Friday, saying that she will finalize plans for the future after the conclusion of her rice pledging scheme fraud case in court.

I don't think it matters what you want to do darling, very soon you will be taking a very long break from politics and if you are lucky it will be in exile in Dubai, and not behind bars in Thailand.

When it happens the people who genuinely love Thailand will breathe a sigh of relief and the cretins who support you blindly and mindlessly on this forum will suffer a group political apoplexy. biggrin.png

On January 12, Yingluck wanted to take the honourable way out. She was set to quietly step down. Her brother said no. So what we are now treated to are the images what it is like to exit the stage dishonourably. She has done it by undermining the very legitimacy of a constitutionally empowered body, both through the media and through facebook. She has done it knowing full well that she is playing to her base, and she has done it knowing full well that the NACC is under constant grenade attack. She has done it by not deigning to meet with the NACC. She doesn't just not show up. She says up to the last minute that she's " not sure " of attending or not. And then fails to show up. There are ways to behave respectfully, and there are ways not to behave respectfully. Yingluck has become a poster-child for judicial defiance, and she clearly prefers to take that image with her. That will be her legacy. And that is both shameful and sad.

"Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra insisted that she has not considered taking a break from politics in the near future"

Of course not.....And why should she even consider it?.......Just because the PAD-Dem's want her gone so they can improve their electoral chances?

The coup-mongers try to spin the story that they have had an effect, and the PTP will have a reduced majority.....Wishful thinking to the extreme....The electoral base of Ms. Y. and the PTP have strengthened immeasurably in the face of anti-democracy noise and acting-out.

Her support has magnified to such an extent, that the DP really want her gone....

But that is all self-serving rhetoric and posturing.

The PAD-Dem's would be better served, by re-considering their own leadership. Their penchant for pointing everywhere but themselves as the cause of electoral futility, continues to haunt them.

"Why should she even consider it '...She has proved that she is probably the worst PM in the world as she takes orders from a criminal,. promotes corruption, she doesn't have the intelligence to answer questions, she prefers to go shopping and go on holidays instead of attending parliament and committee meetings. her supporters such as yourself are brain dead socialists, children killers, armed thugs, seperatists, monk bashers unpaid rice farmers and are generally out of touch with reality.

Always asking for more time. Doesn't matter what she promises, never delivers and asks for more time. Just give me 6 months...........

The Ombudsman fell for that one. Be 3 years soon since he asked his questions about the illegal passport issuance. Several requests for more time to prepare a lie answer, then just completely ignore it. If anyone does ask, keep a straight face, and say you believe they weren't entitled to ask that question in the first place, but you have nothing to hide. Thank them 3 times for asking and as a last resort burst into tears and rush off.

A good actress but we've all seen too many repeat performances now. The game is known.

YL will go down in history as the biggest joke of a PM/DM ever. Seriously, can anyone think of a more inept "leader" of any countries' government, ever?

Scamper this time I disagree with you

Under Thai loyalty to her family her brother pulls all the strings

and in his own words she is nothing but his puppet

Yes, she should continue as she has been doing. So many people fell for the spin of Suthep and his crony backers , believing that there would be an end to this on one Monday ( the final solution) back in November. Almost unbelievable. She has battled those who would take Thailand back into the dark ages and has done so with greAt dexterity. I hope she continues to fend off these self-serving bullies

You think trying to establish a family dictatorship and a police state with your own private army and placing your family and cronies above the law is a step forward?

You can't have fallen for the Shin PR trick about trying to brand them as "the people's party, championing democracy and justice for all" can you? Nobody would really believe a party in caretaker government mode, riddled with corruption investigations, unwilling to answer questions or offer any transparency, and openly controlled by a fugitive criminal from outside the country, would be interested in anyone but themselves, would they?

Self-Serving bullies - sums up her brother and most of their gang.

How much has the Shin clan wealth grew since she took up office - 450% according to Forbes. Big brother trousered 1 billion baht of returned money from his sisters administration.

Now, how much has the average rice farming families' wealth increased in the same period? What, PTP haven't paid, but YL promised several weeks ago they would be paid that week. She's not said anything since so they must have been paid?

A wealthy clan of corrupt elites, trying to grab ultimate power for themselves along with all the riches and wealth. And sod every body else.

"PM: No break from politics any time soon"

Wrong statement, the correct statement is: Thaksin is not taking brake from politics any time soon.

Yingluck is not into politics but only running a single person puppet show clap2.gif

Posted

Yingluck must think "no break in the political crisis..." means commercial break.

She is so out to lunch, she can barely walk and chew gum at the same time, let alone put her own ballot into the right voting box....

What a clown she and her brother are.... two Asian Bozos

in all honesty we should all feel very sorry for yl, she has no idea of life at all and she never will. From an early age she has been told she is a wonderful person and should never have to do anything that taxes her brain therefore her family paid for her education and bought her a kfc(not the chicken but that would be appropriate for her) BA then they made her the puppet head of the family business as she was too silly to get a job for herself(that would have required her to put words into a sentence). She spends all her time shopping and has everyone else run the family business for her(and thinbks she is successfulblink.png ) then she is asked to be the puppet head of the ptp with the promise of more money and overseas shopping trips while all her "servants" write all her answers/speaches so she only has to read them out but even then she cannot pronounce them properly or even understand what she is actually talking about. She has to have someone do all her facebook write ups as she cant spell or understand what the words mean (unless they have less than 4 letters in them) and makes herself head of departments so she looks important then lets everyone else run them because she has no idea what she is supposed to do. The only interview she did with no help had people in stitches because no one knew what she was saying , even her and the interviewer was comp[letely dumbfounded because she never realized how dumb yl was.

Now she thinks that she is so successful as the puppet she can keep doing it but the people are now well aware that she is simply not capable of doing anything(probably cant even tie shoelaces) but she is so pathetic she still hasnt realized this fact.cheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gif

What is so disheartening is how evil Yingluck is. She is just a human being like you and I, yet, she is causing misery for millions of people and destroying Thailand.

She claims she is protecting democracy, but her lies and corruption say otherwise. How she can look herself in the mirror and live with her lies is incredible. How she can go to temple and pray that she is a good person is so hypocritical.

She should be ashamed of herself. Instead of sincerely doing good, she is demonstrating that when human being have power, that they become greedy, self serving liars.

She is just like Putin and deserves all the punishment and disgrace coming to her.

Honest quiet bob may not agree with you, but I do, most wholeheartedly :)
