I need to travel light, a trip to Europe with just a carry on. I need some clothes Vacuum packed to maximise my space. Is there a service around town that does this? Maybe a laundry shop or hotel might do it.

find a restaurant that has the machine that does this. then maybe u have a chance to vacuum your clothes.it will have to be a fine dining restaurant as the machines are expensive

I'm sure I've seen the Bags in Rimping at the Airport branch. Then all you need is your Vacuum Cleaner to suck the air out.

That was my immediate thought; if you are stopped and then can't get them back in, you're going to be a bit stuck if your airline decides to crack down on you, although you will have a bit of leeway as you can plead nothing in the hold so you're actually doing them a favour.

I bought some of the bags here a few years ago and they didn't stay sealed, perhaps a bad batch - when I looked after a month or so all 3 in the pack (done at different times) had expanded. Fortunately under the bed so not a drama, but put me off the idea altogether.
