OP, contrary to others, i really think you should take time out for yourself (not delving into anything with other women). But im a woman, so maybe the advice is not right for a man.

I was same before after broken up with my 11.3 years of relationship with a Thai man.
I packed my bag and went learn Cooking in aboard. At that time, I didn't even know how to cook rice from the rice-cooker!
Made traveling to many places, knew many new different people.

that was great advantage from being dumped for me.

Now I just made big silly fighting with my husband, he went sleep and I am staying up here.

Because she told me not to come to her place. It was a red flag so I thought I'd go round her house early the next day to catch her out. My instincts were correct. I know I have to finish with her now. I would like to know how you guys handle the fallout.

if she was that untrustworthy, you can be in grave danger,
