Mildew resistant paint

For a house? Interior or exterior? For wood or concrete or roof?

I am mostly interested in exterior concrete but I notice that even interior concrete grows mildew. Any suggestions?

Not sure if they have it in Thailand but in the US you can buy a paint additive at Home Depot. I bring back packets (need 1 per gallon) to mix with paint here. I've only used it for interior painting but I'm pretty sure it is used for exterior as well. If they don't have it at a shop like Home Pro maybe you can find something similar at a chemical supply store or maybe a shop that sells pool cleaning supplies.

Dulux.

Used it inside and out over 5 years ago and still looks good.

Does the Dulux paint have a mildew inhibitor in it or is there a particular line of the Dulux paint that does? If not, are there any mildew inhibitor additives available in Thailand?

Higher end Dulux paints advertise mildew resistance as a feature. Note that the Dulux product range at a specialist Dulux shops is slightly different to the range offered at the chain stores - go visit both store types and pick up a few brochures so you're seeing the full range.
