For those living in Korat ,are you paying your electric bill online. If so --how did you do it?

Nothing to do with Korat.

Go to PEA they will give you a form for the bank.

Hopefully your PEA will be better than mine - they haven't managed to get a bill to us since we started paying by direct debit.

Take it to any 7-11. Its a snap..

Kind of hard to do when I am in Houston, hence the request to pay via internet.

But thanks anyway...

If you have online access to your Thai bank then you could see if they have your electric company on the list of their "preferred" billers ?

If they do, then is it just a simple matter of listing the bill number and amount and then it can be deducted from your Thai Bank account. If not, then the best you can do is in the future set up automatic debit from your bank account to pay the bill as suggested in post #2

But without knowing which Thai Bank you deal with it is impossible to answer correctly

The PEA is not set up for online banking. You can arrange for a direct debit to your account if the billing is in your name.

If you don't have any usage you will not have a bill or if below about 90 baht (may of changed).

Also if bill is past the due date you cannot pay anywhere but at their office.

Never payed any bill 5o kilowatt free

For farmers always under aproxinently 44 kW need every month

Using 4 patloms one in each direction

Instead of one exoensive aircon

But how much electricity is realy cheaper in isaan then in the city?

Here the man comes and put you the bill in the postbox Aldo when there is nothing to pay !

Yes - the direct wallet extraction method works well here in our village (Sisaket) toosmile.png I wish TOT and True would adopt the local collector method also.

Hello All, we have 2 7-11's close by, they remodeled the store and gas station at

one, been there a few years, in for diet coke and left with pepsi Max. Most of my

neighbor don't Do The Dew or 7-11 except for gas/ATM's.

things are slow to change here, I might make it to the other 7-11 or the Lotus Express

60M away. Maybe if the sale beal nut, the can get the LOL's to come?

Maybe the power company can do the same thing as TOT does for me. I pay my TOT bill in advance when I leave Thailand. I usually give them 5000 baht and they withdraw the electric bill from this amount every month.
