Your accountant said he was too busy and would get back to me and then never did. Probably would not recommend him to other people if I were you. Thanks anyway for the recommendation, I will keep looking. Really hard to find a good accountant in thailand, like so much else...

Maybe try Honor Audit and Advisory Ltd. I did not used them myself but only heard good things about them. Let me know if you like to have their contact details.
