Hi all,

To fulfill the work permit requirements of four local employees, is there a working hour requirement?

I am evaluating my options and want to understand if part time hires would count (as long as I meet the monthly salary requirements)?

Thanks in advance for your answers!

I asked Sunbelt legal this question a while ago and the answer is yes, the working hours aren't important as long as the salary requirements are met.

I believe there is no rule for hours. As long as you have 4 staff, pay social for 4 staff and 4 staff are real then it's all good

The minimum monthly salary requirement is one of the crucial issues, and they vary according to province (cost of living). Just make sure of that based on which province your business is in. I know this because I'm a business owner - in Nonthaburi (7 years now), and I also work in Bangkok, but in a different business altogether, where I'm a consultant. Cheers.
