Seriously, what kind of people attack hospitals?

The same kind of person who can throw a grenade(s) and not kill or harm anyone.

Their incompetence (and ignorance) knows no bounds.

demage??? what is that? Oh, you mean "damage". Seriously though, please stear clear of the hospitals. Even in full out war the armies don't consider hospitals to be moral or effective targets. Please leave us innocents out of it. We have enough problems as it is.

Prince Chulabhorn

Surely this should read "Princess Chulabhorn"?

Indeed

What kind of sick people attack a center like that?

The Red shirts have completely lost their minds, they are attacking anything vaguely related to the royalists. Of course we cannot discount the fact that this may be a provocation from the side of the PDRC. As long as there is no proof who did it, all we can do here is speculate.

A Constitutional Court judge's home was among those targeted. There can be no mistake as to what faction these all come from, and everyone knows it. The people who tend to downplay these monstrous acts are conspicuously absent, simply because these acts are monstrous and everyone knows it. The fact that the judicial system is being attacked is an indication as to how far things have deteriorated, and it is hoped that these events get front page attention and outrage the world over.

Let's hope that the police are up to the task of upholding the law, if not let's hope the army will take action, these attacks should not be classified as normal crimes, they are an act of terrorism hence should be stomped on before things start to snowball. No one wants 2010 again.

To date the police have only taken perfunctory action when attacks are made on individuals or groups which are anti government. The oposite is true when the attacks are on government supporters. With the new Bangkok police chief Pol Lt Gen Suthep who is a trusted Thaksin ally and the National Police Chief Pol Gen Priewpan Damapong, in my opinion the police will be selective in upholding the law.

Isn't it The King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital or is that a different one?

Frickin' heroes. . Throw a grenade at a judges' house for making a just decision and firing at a Hospital? Nice people. Red militia in action. No bonus points with the populus.

I guess this is just the start coffee1.gif

It is the continuation of what these people have been doing for years and they get progressively more violent as time goes on.

After the 2010 riots were put down bombs were set off threw out the city, is this the start of similar attacks but using M-79 grenades.

Seems like it. They're more prepared for the fight this time.

I'd be worried if I were camping in Lumpini Park. Tents don't offer much protection. It's probably prudent that they leave Lumpini Park.

Seriously, what kind of people attack hospitals?

This happens quite often. You do remember when the Black Shirts invaded a hospital looking to kill soldiers? the insistence of domestic terrorism is increasing. When will the police do their jobs, to stop this, or are the rumors true, the police are part of the domestic terrorist. Remember what Pol. Capt. Chalerm said that the Black Shirts were police. ph34r.png
