Hard to tell if you do not let us know what kind of pump it is and the size. Sounds like a small pond so a pump probably smaller than the normal house pump but that is just guessing.

If it is a large pump there are service people who will come out.

If it is small, you could take it to a shop in town yourself.

Depends what kind of pump you have,is it external or internal, name or brand would be

helpful,if its an internal, with the epoxy filled motor, they only have one moving part, the

impeller, spare parts for those kinds not easy to find,if its external kind they may be able

to be repaired.

Sometimes its better just to buy new pump,as they are not too expensive, but that depends

on what size your pond is, so more information please.

Just today I am trying to get a new impeller for one of my pumps,Chinese made, have email,

and Fax for company,tried both,and they were returned,cannot connect,so i have written a

letter! maybe should have bought another Ehiem pump,German made, have had one running

daily for 20 years, just regular cleaning.

From Tesco Lotus at Kamtieng take the frontage road towards the Kuang Singh junction. About 400 metres before the junction two units past FB batteries is an open front shop that repairs all kinds of pumps. I had a pool pump fixed with 24 hours recently for a few hundred baht.

You didn't say but did you check it yourself first, clean out the filters and the hundreds of small snails that mine collects.

A pond pump should be good for two years non stop every day without failure.....blockages can stress the motor though.

Bought my Bruno here in Chom Thong some 8 - 9 years ago. Had the capacitor replaced this year but otherwise no problems.

Shop where I bought it repairs them quickly I have noticed.

is there a home service? because we cant take it out.. its like Thai make it like they put glue it or something that you cant take it out when you have problems... typical for them ,when they work on something..(BTW its from the old owner)..

we didn't really bother at this pump since the beginning we stay here, just when we want to use the pond there we know its not working.xwacko.png.pagespeed.ic.jGW10VtQsI.pngxwacko.png.pagespeed.ic.jGW10VtQsI.png
