Where to Buy an Outdoor Misting System?

I am sure you have seen these in some bars, if not then have a look in here

Can I buy these anywhere in Pattaya? I want to bring one home to Europe. I can only find extensions for a water hose on Ebay there but I would need one with a compressor cause our water pressure is really low back home.

It is gonna be made in China anyway, no? The ones sold on Ebay Germany are (they are also shipped from there). I don't know what term to search for in German so I might order them from Amazon UK, thanks for the tip.
