Separatist inclinations continue to be an active element of the UDD psyche and are now quite unsurprisingly becoming more brazen and visible. It is a movement that is centered on the impeachment of Constitutional Court judges and the dismantling of the independent agencies - which makes it a very dangerous and unconstitutional movement indeed. It is also not surprising that banners meant for Chiang Mai consumption do not go over well in Bangkok, simply because they are offensive to so many. The UDD has unsuccessfully tried to impose its views on the people of Bangkok, as most of their supporters have had to have been brought in from the outside. Their argument does not resonate with the people of Bangkok, nor will it ever. They play to their own audience, and it is an audience steeped in ignorance and intolerance. They are the culprits - not the judicial system. They carry their own warning with them - and it is themselves.

Their message doesn't go over well with a majority of the Thais in Chiang Mai either

The red shirts won't be happy hearing that Suthep is rounding off the protests and handing himself in.

That means one thing..... The job is done.

They will have plenty to complain about come the end of next week.... The PDRC will all be off the streets, and the last of the Thaksin regime dismantled, leaving only the reds facing the army.

Goodnight children.... you lost.

posters on this board are not seeing the picture being painted for outside media and are too close to the action, in my opinion,

to accurately grasp the risks to the country, and its people, of which, you are not.

I also see people who are relying on the past actions of these groups and police and gov't, to determine in advance the outcome

I see it differently

my friend who has live in bkk tells me tanks in the streets are for show, and that this will all subside,

I think you will soon see hundreds dead, thousands wounded, and the city put to rioting as never seen before,

the spiraling out of control, requires only one incident, as it only takes one tiny match to lite the fuse that leads to a wildfire out of control

riots in Turkey, riots in Venezuela, riots all around,

Thailand is not safe,

it is very different this time

the world is different now,

none of you recognize it yet,

but you will, when it is too late

Redshirts label court’s judgment a rebellion

CHIANG MAI: -- Redshirt people in Chiang Mai displayed banners attacking the Constitutional Court over what they called unjust rulings and vowed to join redshirt rally in Bangkok to escalate the protest and demanded justice to be returned.

The banners were displayed on pedestrian overpasses, major intersections and public places denouncing and labelling the court’s judgment unfair and a rebellion.

The banner did not specify in which case its judgment was unfair but just accused the judges and declared they would never accept their rulings.

The banners were signed by Sor Por Por Lanna, Sor Por Por Chiang Mai and Sor Por Por Lamphun.

But a few hours after the banners were displayed, they were all removed by security officials.

A hardcore redshirt leader in Chiang Mai Phetchawat Wattanapongsirikul of the Rak Chiang Mai Group said the banners belonged to the redshirts said several groups of redshirt people were unsatisfied with the Constitutional Court’s rulings and they were launching campaign on the media, community radio persuading all redshirts in Chiang Mai and other northern provinces to come out and join the redshirt rally on Aksa road in Bangkok Sunday to demand justice.

They would travel by buses, trains, cars to Bangkok Sunday, he said.

Besides, he said, there would be rallies at many public places in Chiang Mai to voice opposition to the unjust rulings.

So the hard core red shirts are doing all they can to stir up hate and dissention with banners now. I guess Jatuporn calls are not being heard by enough people, or it is being heard and ignored as ranting from a power hungry fanatic.

another red revolt when the only thing revolting is the reds themselves. They claim these areas as red areas yet will not let anyone else campaign in these areas, why is that if they are s certain that they are red. The answer is because they know that they are not as red as they want and they are scared of letting anyone else tell the people there the truth, they are simply ruling these areas by force and will not allow anyone to have a different opinion. This is red democracy, do as you are told, these vermin are sh*t scared that if they dont keep threatening the locals with violence there days will be numbered, just goes to show how pathetic they & their followers are

Ugliness

is upon Thailand

I hope the westerners are smart enough to keep their mouth's shut in public

Anyone who thinks this is going to be defused without massive destruction and death, is simply underestimating what has been carefully set up

This is a civil war, and the mobs are not yet armed,

once they pass out weapons,

watch out

You have no idea just how tired all the Thai people have become of these shenanigans. If there is any massive riot, it will be the people dumping all the participants into the klongs of Bangkok, a dead worse than fire. It will be this action that eventually leads to a full democracy of the people by the people in Thailand. The democracy now or die and civil war posters will just have to be patient.

Democracy is a sham designed to create socialism

what Thailand needs is a parliamentary system, so all regions have representation, and all parties can form, and run

well my cock is bigger than your cock eh! Does that make me more right than you ? Or you more right than me?

Police estimates 10 '000 people

PS - Nice blurring on the photo - my 5 year old daughter does the same thing when drawing leaves on a tree - Can't tell how many leaves there are on her tree, but you know the tree is green!

If the red shirt police estimate the crowd at 10,000 then you can halve that for a start.

Just as I don't believe anything from the comic 'Khasod' I don't trust anything as being genuine with UDD on it!!!

The smaller their numbers get, the louder they turn up their loudspeakers. You can hear them ranting and raving all the way out to Borom--and it goes on all night long. Fortunately, I can just close them out with the a/c and a fan on, but I think there are a lot of Thai people living a lot closer than I am (about 3 km from the little Pol Pot wannabes) and they are getting it full blast. It's just harassment from these UDDer idiots right now, as one after another struts and yells into a microphone trying to prove he is the tallest midget.

And I suppose the ThaiRouge get-togethers are very quiet and peaceful events. Right up until they get out the guns, grenades and petrol cans. thumbsup.gif

The quality and character of the people from Chiang Mai is by far more gentle and polite than any southerner I have ever met and many western people and some TV members also.

join redshirt rally in Bangkok to escalate the protest.

Escalate according to UDD: create chaos, behave violent, and set a shopping mall ablaze.

i walk through them daily(ok, more like 3xweek). on aksa road. so far.

they see my skin and think i am one of them. im not.

i am sad when i see their sad faces. the men guarding them

well their faces are not sad.

they have a prison guard smirk.

in my dream i dreamt them dream

in one scene i heard them scream.

once they let the fires out.

and are dancing about

the lives lost over one man scheme.

he has imprisoned my people to his cash. the cash made with blood, lies and hate.

with that he can make people do things, like dance like a monkey in its cage.

i cant hate you for standing up for what you believe.

i can hate you for forcing it on others to believe this lie on this eve.

so for you today i will rest.

and let your ancestors explain their unrest.

they have asked me to devise(in a dream of mine)

remove.the.key.stone.to seek.their.demise.

remove chalerm, and thaKsIn wLL fall.

**as i said before. in thailand they always blame you for wht they are doing. so if i stole a piece of bread, i would blame you for stealing it so it doesnt look like i did it.(instant face saver, wow, much like) comeon... they teach everyone on thai soap operas of this strategy. thats why its the NO1# super effective strategey for all thais. if you are too blind (i didnt say stupid dumb <deleted>) to care.... well ... thats your problem isnt it. the red rebellion aka the thaksin people, aka easily bought, this sounds like death is near for them. and for every red guard that been brainwashed to be willing to DIE.. is ten more willing to kill for their KING and country.

its a strange feeling to be mad and sad at the same time. :\

Just because a person has different political view than you doesn't make them "lack sensibility", nor are they" ignorant" or a fool,

Suthep has many attack dogs, if you lay down with dogs you wake up with fleas. YOU ITCHY???

A deeply based and founded argument. . As usual.

Saw their protest site on the way to the airport. At each gate around the moat some 30 to 40 protestors. A huge crowd! 4x40. . . That ll help the fugitive Jatuporn immensely.

I was wondering what the story was on Jatuporn. Was his bail continued or is he on the run?

Once the CC, EC and all the other PDRC allies are finished..... He will be your master along with Thaksin...

The chicken poo that have tried to get this coup flying will be seriously on the run then and not at all worried about a few outstanding trumped up charges against them!!!

Hopefully there will be no more onslaughts on democracy from old men that had guns 30 years ago.

So you are sure that Thaksin will become the dictator with Jayaporn as his right hand man.

Your second sentence I partly agree with, Poo her brother Thaksin and all the others that have trying so desperately to get the army to step in with a coup are finished with most on the run like Thaksin but I cant agree with them not being worried about the real charges against them. Poo admitted she was worried and if Thaksin was not worried he would have come back to fight them years ago.

As for the others Jatuporn is due to be called up before the court, again, to answer as to why he has breached his bail conditions, Ko Tee has run and the other brave red leaders will not be far behind him.

Yes soon democracy should be returned to the country when the remaining 26 who are appointed by Thaksin the would be dictator, are removed and electoral reforms are put in place to make an election free and fair then the country can move forward closer to a true democracy.
